- A: Our coffee is roasted in small batches at our facility to ensure maximum control over quality and freshness. This allows us to perfectly tailor the roast level to bring out the unique flavor notes of each single-origin bean.
- Q: How can I ensure the beans stay fresh after I open the bag?
A: To maintain optimal freshness, store your beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place (like a pantry). Our bags are designed with a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while keeping oxygen out, so we recommend folding down the top and using the tin tie or clip after each use. Do not refrigerate or freeze your daily supply of beans.
