1. Dalgona Coffee (Cold)

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup cold milk
- Ice cubes
- 2 shots of espresso (cold or at room temperature)
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and hot water.
- Whip vigorously using a hand mixer or by hand until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks (like whipped cream).
- Fill a glass with cold milk and ice cubes.
- Spoon the whipped sugar mixture on top of the milk.
- Pour 2 shots of espresso either over the whipped topping or pour the whipped topping on top of milk and espresso—serve with a spoon or straw, stir before drinking
2. Caramel Cold Coffee

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- 1 shot of espresso
Preparation:
- Brew 1 shot of espresso.
- Mix caramel sauce with sugar (if using) and stir into the espresso.
- Pour cold milk into a blender with ice cubes.
- Add the espresso caramel mixture and blend until frothy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce on top if desired. Serve chilled.
3. Cold Spanish Latte

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- Ice cubes
- 1 shot of espresso
Preparation:
- Brew 1 shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add cold milk and sweetened condensed milk to the glass.
- Pour the espresso over the milk mixture carefully to create layers or stir for a combined flavor.
- Serve chilled.
4. Iced Americano (Cold)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- 2 shots of espresso
Preparation:
- Brew 2 shots of espresso.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add cold water to the espresso shots.
- Stir and serve chilled.
- Optional: add sugar or a lemon twist for extra flavor.
5. Cinnamon Iced Coffee

Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled)
- 1 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp sugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for garnish
Preparation:
- Brew one shot of espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool.
- In a glass, combine cold milk, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves and the cinnamon is evenly mixed.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour the cooled espresso over the milk mixture.
