- Freshness and Quality:
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our coffee beans. Since coffee beans are perishable products, we typically do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference once the product has been delivered. - Exceptions:
If you receive coffee beans that are defective, expired, or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund depending on the case.
